Annual Members' Meetings
Per the ByLaws, the Owners meet annually in September/October. Usually, notice is posted
on the Notice Board located on the southside of the round-about at the west entrance (Black
Forest and Forestgate), on the Website, and by mail to each Owner via USPS and email.
Formal notice is by USPS and the Notice Board at least 15 days prior to the meeting date.

The BOD meets as needed throughout the year. The current BOD has been meeting an average
of once a month. The meeting place is the Village Inn on Woodmen Rd. across from WalMart.
Due to work schedules the meeting starts at 6 am and usually is adjourned about 7:30 am. Board
