Learn from our experience. We bought trees from Bonafacio Sanchez – Buried Alive Tree Service about 6 months ago. The majority are now dead. Although we have a written 1 year guarantee, Facio has yet to honor replacement of the trees. Please think twice before using his services. I’ve noticed other neighbors who have the same dead tree dilemna and I know they bought from him. I won’t speak for anyone else, but I know first hand that I am getting the “run-around” from Facio. He drives a white truck.
We bought trees from Facio 3 years ago. Although Facio says they are guaranteed, he will not replace them if/when they die. If you are fortunate enough to get a hold of him, he will promise to replace them, but will not follow-up. Again, we’ve tried to get trees replaced for 3 years with no success. Stay away from Facio.
