Doug Barber - President and Treasurer
Doug represents the Developer, Little London LLC. Until all lots are developed and sold, the
Developer may retain at least one director position. In 2007 Doug was appointed to another
three year term by the Developer with his term expiring 2010. Doug is the head of the
Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and the Finance Committee.

Marge Shuger - Secretary
Marge is a Highland Park resident. Marge and Richard live at 7321 Forestgate Dr. She was
elected in 2005 for a 1 year term and re-elected in 2006 for a 3 year term expiring 2009. Marge
leads the Social Committee and Communications Committee.

DUTIES OF THE HPA:
The HPA is responsible for covenant enforcement, water augmentation plan
compliance, landscape maintenance in roundabouts and open areas, trail
maintenance, and any other functions allowed by the Bylaws which are deemed
appropriate or worthy by the Directors and owners. The HPA holds a general
membership meeting once per year (the first was in 2003). Directors meet as needed.
Currently, there are five Directors.

Jim is a Highland Park resident. Jim and Essie live at 6996 Forestgate Dr. He was elected at our
2008 Annual Meeting to complete the term of a resigned director. Jim's term expires 2009. Jim,
along with Cameron Garner will run the Compliance Committee (CCC).

Cameron is a Highland Park resident. Cameron and Belyn live at 7114 Lakenheath Ln. He was
taking on the Maintenance Committee . He will also assist Jim Randall with the CCC.

our 2008 Annual Meeting to fullfil the term of a resigned director. Rich's term expires 2009.
Rich has an interest in those legislative and development processes that may affect our area and
the HPA governing process. Along with Doug Barber, Rich will keep track of our Government
Affairs .
